Welcome to Room 203!!

Check out the blogging part of the page to the left!

Always check your student's homework folder for assignments and notes about our day.  Each day they will write about something they have learned and write down their homework.  There will also be weekly spelling words they write in on Monday that are tested on Friday.

If at any time you have questions or concerns, please let me know by sending a note, email or calling.  My contact information is listed below.

This is my thirteenth year teaching! I love teaching!  I am a National Board Certified teacher.  I received my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Doane College.  I also have my ESL endorsement and my Early Childhood endorsement.

My husband, Peter, works at UNMC.  We've been married since 2000.

I have four daughters.  Charlette is 8, Skyler is 5, Ashlyn, 2 and Emersyn was born July 2011. Charlette is in 2nd grade and Skyler in Kindergarten at AP-R.

l moved to Omaha from Greenville, North Carolina about 6 years ago.  I miss the beach and ocean! I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with my teaching degree. I am a big Carolina Panthers fan, however my husband is a Cheesehead from Green Bay.
